Quartus Investments (QI) was founded with the belief that every individual has boundless potential and a unique purpose. 

 

QI aims to invest in individuals to maximize their potential. The founder of QI, Allen Toole, was inspired by the biblical figure of Quartus “the brother”, a wealthy and learned noble along with being one of the “Seventy Disciples”. This belief led to the guiding motto: “God has done it. You become it.”

At QI, our aim is to empower individuals through learning and help them utilize their time and efforts in the best possible way. 
 

Our vision is to build a community of financially informed, inspired, and empowered 13 to 26-year-olds who are not constrained by locale. 

Our goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate the stock market successfully. We aspire to help individuals achieve their financial goals and establish a roadmap to long-term wealth through well-informed trading and investment strategies.
